What You'll Do

  • Conduct laboratory experiments and testing to develop and validate color formulations and systems
  • Support product development initiatives from concept through commercialization across beverage, confectionery, dairy, and related applications
  • Prepare samples, document test results, and maintain detailed technical records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the Colors CD&D team and cross-functional stakeholders to solve customer challenges and identify commercialization opportunities
  • Perform quality control and troubleshooting to ensure experimental work meets specifications and timelines
  • Contribute to laboratory efficiency by maintaining equipment, safety standards, and organized workflows

What We're Looking For
