The Opportunity
HiTalent Recruitment is seeking a Caseworker to join a well-respected and reputable not-for-profit organisation in the Central Coast that is funded to deliver inclusive adult mental health and AOD services to the community. This role is full-time, Monday - Friday.
Core Duties
- Provide support and guidance to clients with mental health and AOD needs
- Facilitate group sessions and individual casework as required
- Contribute to the development of client care plans and progress reports
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with organisational policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive support services
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in psychology, social work, mental health, or a related field
- Experience working with adults with mental health and AOD issues is preferred
- A strong understanding of mental health and AOD services and their delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
