Fit summary

Strong fit if you want hands-on caseload ownership with a boutique talent firm in Gosford (non-remote). Weak fit if you need published pay bands, large-employer brand signals, or clinical caseworker credentials the listing does not specify.

Day in the role

As a Caseworker at HiTalent you would likely juggle client or candidate caseloads, document progress, coordinate stakeholders, and keep placements or support plans moving—grounded in people-ops/talent work rather than pure clinical case management unless the firm defines otherwise.
