About This Position
We are seeking a dedicated Care Associate to join our team at Amavida at Lakes Park. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and professional care to residents while maintaining a clean and safe environment. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Ensure the cleanliness of common areas and resident rooms.
- Prepare meals and assist with meal service as needed.
- Support social events and activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of one year's experience in a care or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with residents, families, and staff members.
- Prior experience working with seniors is advantageous but not mandatory.
