What This Role Involves

The Capability & Quality Lead at Southern Cross Medical Care Society will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of quality initiatives across our healthcare services. This role involves leading a team to ensure that all processes, policies, and procedures align with industry standards and member expectations.

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of quality assurance professionals.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can effectively lead our quality initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• A proven track record in healthcare quality management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in this field.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and develop a team of quality assurance professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement innovative solutions.
• A deep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including NZ regulatory requirements.
