Join Gpac as a Business and Real Estate Litigation Attorney in our Irvine office. We're seeking an accomplished litigator to manage complex commercial and property disputes, delivering strategic counsel and driving favorable outcomes for our clients in this full-time position.

About the Role

As a Business and Real Estate Litigation Attorney with Gpac, you'll take ownership of sophisticated disputes from initial engagement through trial, settlement, or resolution. Your strategic thinking, exceptional legal research and writing abilities, and strong advocacy skills will be central to success in this role.

What You'll Do

• Manage business and real estate litigation matters end-to-end, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive memoranda, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in depositions, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, case evaluation, and risk management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and results-oriented counsel
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards across all matters

What We're Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in California or eligible to obtain licensure
• Substantial experience in business and real estate litigation
• Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
• Outstanding strategic judgment and case management abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
• Professional integrity and commitment to client service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
