We are seeking a motivated Operations Associate (Process Improvement & Automation) to bring structure, smart automation, and continuous improvement to how CompassX runs internally. You'll identify inefficiencies within our operations and implement solutions that enhance productivity and streamline processes. This hands-on role offers high visibility and direct exposure to firm leadership with real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient tasks across the organization.
- Develop and implement systems and workflows that improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and challenges.
- Create detailed documentation for new processes and automation tools.
- Evaluate existing procedures and recommend enhancements based on best practices.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
