Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated commercial excellence business partner for own brands, aligning initiatives with sales leadership priorities
• Design and roll out frameworks that improve pricing, assortment, trade investment and go-to-market execution
• Analyse sales and market data to surface gaps, set performance standards and recommend practical improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops that embed best practices and lift sales productivity for own-brand products
• Track progress against commercial scorecards and report insights that guide senior decision-making
• Coach commercial teams on excellence tools and methods so improvements become lasting habits
