About the Role
The objective of the Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.
Your Responsibilities
- Support Beauty Barrage's client brands in multiple retail locations across North America
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned markets
- Drive brand awareness through strategic in-store support activities
- Travel to assigned markets on a flexible, part-time basis based on brand needs
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to excellence
- Self-starter with strong results orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
