The Pokémon Company International seeks a Brand Services Project Manager (Bilingual Japanese/English) to manage brand initiatives and cross-functional projects in our Bellevue, King County headquarters. This is a full-time, office-based position supporting our global brand management, licensing, and marketing operations.

About the Role

You'll coordinate and execute brand services projects that connect The Pokémon Company International's operations with our Japanese headquarters and international markets. Your role bridges bilingual communication, manages project timelines and deliverables, and ensures brand consistency across licensing, marketing, and entertainment initiatives. You'll work directly with internal teams, Japanese-speaking partners, and external stakeholders to bring brand strategies to life.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end brand services projects, from conception through delivery and reporting
  • Serve as primary liaison between English-speaking and Japanese-speaking teams, translating materials, coordinating meetings, and ensuring alignment on brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; identify and communicate risks and blockers to leadership
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports for stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate with brand management, marketing, licensing, and entertainment teams to execute campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Ensure brand compliance and adherence to Pokémon Company standards across all deliverables
  • Support the management of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, animated series, and web initiatives through coordinated project execution

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced fluency in both Japanese and English—verbal, written, and presentation proficiency required
  • 3+ years of project management, program coordination, or operations experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; comfort working across cultures and time zones
  • Familiarity with brand management, marketing, or licensing is a plus
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
