About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead our team of Financial Advisors and drive growth in Mthatha. This role involves leading a team, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and achieving sales targets.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors to achieve channel sales targets
• Ensure full regulatory compliance within the branch
• Deliver exceptional client experiences
• Drive overall growth and performance in the branch
• Support the development and training of Financial Advisors

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years experience in financial services
• At least 2 years of management experience
• FAIS qualifications
• A valid driver’s license
