What This Role Involves

The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) is seeking dedicated and committed individuals to join our team as Border Patrol Agents at the GL-5/7 grade levels in San Jacinto, California. As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be responsible for enforcing federal laws related to border security, immigration, and customs.

Your duties will include patrolling designated areas, conducting surveillance, apprehending individuals attempting to enter or exit the country illegally, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as well as strong decision-making skills and the ability to work in challenging and unpredictable environments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Enforce federal laws related to border security, immigration, and customs
  • Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to detect illegal activity
