Position Summary

The Body Care Manager is responsible for the successful operation and profitability of the Body Care department. This role involves training, directing, and monitoring all department staff to ensure the success of their duties. Department Managers are also required to fulfill the duties of the Manager on Duty (MOD) on a scheduled basis.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the Body Care department's daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Train, direct, and monitor all staff members within the department to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for customers.
• Handle the duties of Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled to ensure seamless operations during your shift.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail environment, preferably in natural or organic products.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers.
• Adept at developing and implementing sales strategies to boost department performance.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and product knowledge is essential.
• Ability to handle the duties of Manager on Duty (MOD) as required.
