Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Bilingual School-Centered Therapist in Training to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and families under the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist. Core Duties

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions in school settings
• Collaborate with educators, social workers, and other professionals to support student well-being
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency required
• Candidates must be in a graduate program for clinical psychology or counseling with an emphasis on school-centered therapy
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients, families, and staff
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Licensed by the state of Wisconsin or Michigan as a mental health professional (preferred but not required)
