The Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and bilingual professionals to join our team as Bilingual Medicare Benefit Consultants. This is a full-time, on-site position for five individuals: two Bilingual Korean speakers, two Bilingual Mandarin speakers, and one Bilingual Spanish speaker. The role involves providing comprehensive support to Medicare beneficiaries in understanding their benefits and navigating the healthcare system.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide clear and accurate information about Medicare plans and services to bilingual clients
• Assist with enrollment processes, ensuring that clients understand all aspects of their coverage options
• Offer guidance on cost-sharing and out-of-pocket expenses for beneficiaries
• Support clients in making informed decisions regarding their healthcare needs and benefits
• Stay updated on changes to Medicare policies and regulations
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the support provided

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Spanish required; native fluency preferred
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare consulting or a related field is beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients
• Affinity for detail and ability to explain complex information clearly
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a healthcare setting, is advantageous
