About the Role

Based out of the Belton, Bell County Division office, the Bilingual HSE Field Specialist serves as a hands-on champion of health, safety, and environmental excellence across active road, bridge, and highway construction projects. Rather than focusing solely on paperwork and regulatory checkboxes, this position is rooted in daily field engagement — coaching crews, identifying hazards early, and helping cultivate a workforce where proactive safety is second nature.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen a positive, proactive safety culture across heavy civil construction sites.
• Maintain a consistent presence in the field, partnering directly with crews and supervisors.
• Promote compliance with applicable HSE standards on road, bridge, and highway projects.
• Communicate clearly with bilingual teams to ensure safety expectations are understood by all workers.
• Help identify, assess, and reduce on-site risks before incidents occur.

Qualifications
