About This Position

As a Benefits Enrollment Officer, you play a critical role in helping individuals and families understand and select the right coverage. You'll conduct client meetings via video conference to present benefit plan options, answer questions, and facilitate the enrollment process. This role demands clarity in communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to customer service excellence.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and conduct virtual benefits consultations with clients using video conferencing
• Present and explain benefit plan options in clear, accessible language
• Answer client questions and address concerns about coverage, eligibility, and plan features
• Guide clients through enrollment applications and documentation requirements
• Collect and organize required materials to support enrollment completion
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Deliver professional, courteous service at every client interaction

Skills & Qualifications
