What You'll Do

• Build rapport with students and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Support individuals with complex needs in academic and social settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans as part of the Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other support staff to ensure consistency in student care
• Document progress and observations accurately for reporting purposes

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Behavior Technician, Behavioral Specialist, Behaviour Therapist, or Behavior Interventionist
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced school setting
• Commitment to the well-being and education of all students
