Position Summary

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist with daily operations, including inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness of the bakery/deli area.
• Help in preparing baked goods, sandwiches, salads, and other deli items as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Monitor quality assurance standards to ensure products meet Kroger's high standards.

• Basic math skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
