About the Role

What You'll Do
- Assist in delivering person-centered behavioral support under professional supervision
- Support individuals in building community connections and pursuing meaningful activities
- Participate in community-based service planning and implementation
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive environment that prioritizes dignity and individual choice
- Observe and learn evidence-based practices in developmental disabilities services
- Document observations and support activities as part of quality assurance processes

- Current pursuit of or recent completion of a bachelor's degree
- Genuine interest in disability services, behavioral support, and community-based care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
