About the Role

The Associate Director, CMC Digital Operations and Strategic Portfolio Lead reports directly to the Executive Director of Digital Operations and Strategic Portfolio Management. In this full-time, on-site position in Cambridge, you will be a driving force behind the rollout of strategic programs, helping to coordinate and connect operations across Moderna's CMC Digital organization. You will also take on technical program management responsibilities that span cross-CMC initiatives, ensuring alignment between ambitious digital goals and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives within the CMC Digital organization.
• Align and harmonize operations across teams to keep priorities moving in the same direction.
• Provide technical program management (TPM) leadership for cross-CMC efforts.
• Act as a connective link between digital strategy, CMC innovation, and broader enterprise objectives.
• Partner closely with the Executive Director and stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable progress.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at the crossroads of digital strategy, manufacturing or CMC innovation, and enterprise-scale execution.
• Demonstrated ability to advance strategic initiatives and bring structure to complex, multi-team programs.
• Strong technical program management capabilities, ideally across cross-functional or cross-CMC environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with comfort influencing across organizational boundaries.
