Associate Benefits Analyst, Employee Benefits

HUB International is hiring an Associate Benefits Analyst for our Employee Benefits team in Pasco, Washington. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support businesses in protecting what matters most through strategic employee benefits solutions.

About the Role

As an Associate Benefits Analyst specializing in employee benefits, you'll work alongside our team of benefits professionals to deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions for our clients. You'll develop a deep understanding of employee benefits programs and contribute directly to helping companies and their employees navigate complex benefits decisions with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Assist with analysis and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and ancillary benefits
• Support benefits counseling and education for client employees, helping them understand plan options and maximize their coverage
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve benefits-related inquiries and administrative needs
• Prepare benefits documentation, compliance materials, and communication for clients
• Help gather and organize data for benefits audits and program evaluations
• Contribute to the development of benefits proposals and client presentations
• Maintain detailed records and support the benefits administration workflow

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and serve clients with professionalism
• Familiarity with benefits administration systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to learn about employee benefits programs and industry regulations
