What You'll Do
- Coordinate Sales Executive schedules to optimize customer flow and peak selling times
- Analyze weekly sales reports and metrics, then communicate insights and performance trends to the team
- Step in to assist Sales Executives in closing transactions and overcoming objections
- Develop and nurture existing client relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the active owner base
- Support the overall sales strategy and contribute to consistent revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- Arizona Real Estate License (required)
- Proven track record in sales management, closing, or vacation ownership sales
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify performance gaps
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Natural leadership presence and ability to motivate team members
- Ability to thrive in a results-driven, goal-oriented sales environment
