What You'll Do
- Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking, and timeline management
- Support communication between field teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial documentation
- Coordinate equipment procurement, materials delivery, and resource allocation
- Maintain project records, drawings, permits, and compliance documentation
- Contribute to quality assurance inspections and safety protocol adherence
- Support vendor negotiations and subcontractor coordination
