About the Role

As an Account Representative with our State Farm agency, you'll be the front line of our business—connecting with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending solutions that fit their lives. You'll work directly with individuals across the Cedar Park area and broader Williamson County, managing relationships from first contact through renewal, while contributing to our agency's growth and success.

What You'll Do

• Consult with prospects and clients to identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage for auto, home, life, and commercial policies
• Prepare accurate quotes and policy illustrations tailored to each client's situation
• Build and retain a growing client base through relationship management, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Process applications, renewals, and policy modifications with precision and professionalism
• Deliver responsive customer service and troubleshoot client concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Meet agency sales objectives while working collaboratively with your team
• Develop mastery of State Farm products and industry practices through training and self-directed learning
