Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive operational backing for the Meta Alpha Model business that integrates discrete alpha signals into unified meta signals
- Advance technical and strategic programs plus all related operational tasks throughout the Meta Alpha Model environment
- Keep deliverables synchronized with program aims, intended outcomes, and roadmap priorities, adjusting course whenever necessary
- Coordinate people and assets across concurrent projects and workstreams that sustain Meta Alpha Model operations
- Spot, evaluate, and help neutralize risks and obstacles that could affect project progress
- Build, launch, and sustain reports, browser-based dashboards, and the supporting data housed in MySQL, Vertica, and PostgreSQL systems for internal stakeholders
- Create, deploy, and continually enhance the operational processes that enable Meta Alpha Model activities
- Guide and enable changes to business workflows
- Collect, examine, and formalize business requirements
- Prepare and distribute stakeholder updates that include presentations and newsletters
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an analytical discipline such as computer science, mathematics, economics, finance, or engineering
- Three to five years of project-management or managerial experience
- Documented work history inside financial markets or investment management
- Demonstrated record as an independent problem solver who initiates action
- Genuine interest in the finance and technology domains
- Excellent project-management capability paired with precise attention to detail
- Mature, considerate approach that thrives inside collaborative, team-focused settings
- Hands-on familiarity with Python, Jupyter notebooks, and dashboard technologies
