About the Role

As an Area Leasing Manager, you will guide the leasing and operational startup of brand-new affordable housing communities from the ground up. This is a hands-on, mission-driven position centered on coordinating lease-up activities, welcoming prospective residents, and ensuring each new property opens smoothly and stays fully occupied. Based on-site in Pinellas Park, you will be a driving force behind communities that expand access to affordable living throughout Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing and lease-up process for newly built affordable housing communities, taking them from initial launch to stabilized occupancy.
• Coordinate the operational opening of new properties, organizing the many moving parts of a successful community start-up.
• Deliver an attentive, customer-focused experience for prospective and incoming residents throughout the application and move-in journey.
• Keep leasing workflows organized, accurate, and on schedule in a high-energy, deadline-driven setting.
• Support the broader property management team in meeting occupancy and operational goals across assigned communities.
