Position Summary
AECOM is seeking an exceptional tunnelling leader to help shape the future of our ANZ Tunnelling Practice and lead some of the most complex underground infrastructure opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. This role will be pivotal in delivering groundbreaking projects that define both individual careers and industry legacies.
Core Duties
- Lead and manage tunnelling projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee technical aspects of tunnelling operations, including design, construction methods, and quality assurance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with tunnelling projects, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
- Drive innovation in tunnelling practices to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record as a tunnelling lead or similar role within the construction industry, preferably with experience in ANZ.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards project success.
