Alignment Technician

About the Role

As an Alignment Technician at our Kentwood location, you'll be responsible for diagnosing alignment issues and executing repairs that meet industry standards. You'll work on heavy-duty trucks, ensuring every vehicle leaves your bay performing optimally.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose alignment problems and determine the most effective repair strategy
• Replace and repair critical suspension components including tie rod ends, drag links, U-bolts, and shims
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify worn, damaged, or misaligned parts
• Recommend repairs to customers and document findings in work orders
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and verify repairs meet specifications
• Maintain alignment equipment and ensure proper tool inventory
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
