About the Role

As Aircraft Interior Alternate Lead at AAR, you'll be instrumental in ensuring aircraft interiors are prepared to exacting standards while managing the technical and administrative demands of a fast-paced maintenance environment. You'll serve as the primary leader when the lead technician is unavailable, maintaining continuity of operations and quality oversight across all cabin-related work. Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, this full-time position combines hands-on technical expertise with supervisory responsibility for aircraft services operations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and coordinate aircraft interior preparation, inspection, and maintenance activities to meet safety standards and delivery schedules
• Manage accurate completion and verification of all aircraft documentation and technical records to ensure regulatory compliance and operational transparency
• Lead, mentor, and supervise technicians, coordinating workflow, assigning tasks, and maintaining quality control across aircraft interior work
• Establish work priorities based on aircraft delivery timelines and maintenance requirements
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices throughout all aircraft service operations
• Communicate with scheduling and planning teams to align technician capacity with aircraft service demands
