About the Role

As Alternative Investments Supervisor, you'll lead a team managing alternative investment operations and client portfolios. Your focus will span investment oversight, compliance, and delivering superior service to high-net-worth clients and institutional partners. You'll bridge portfolio management, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of accuracy and excellence across your team.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and develop a team responsible for alternative investment portfolio operations
• Monitor alternative investment performance, risk metrics, and compliance reporting
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, traders, and compliance teams on operational matters
• Review and validate investment statements, reconciliations, and performance calculations
• Manage client communications regarding alternative investment accounts and updates
• Identify process improvements and implement operational efficiency initiatives
• Maintain documentation and audit trails supporting all investment operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in investment operations, alternative investments, or financial services supervision
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment vehicles such as hedge funds, private equity, or structured products
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership capability
• Solid understanding of investment compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with investment operations software and financial systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
