Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated Home Care Sector Manager to join our growing team in Orange, Orange County. In this full-time role, you'll oversee the quality and continuity of in-home care services for our clients while building collaborative relationships with healthcare partners and care networks.

About the Role

As a Home Care Sector Manager at Ouihelp, you'll be the operational leader responsible for delivering excellent care coordination and client support across your assigned service area. You'll manage the day-to-day operations that keep our most vulnerable community members safe, supported, and thriving in their homes.

What You'll Do

• Assess and document care needs for clients requiring in-home support services
• Coordinate care interventions and follow-up visits at client residences to ensure quality and safety
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with healthcare prescribers and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, social workers, and other care coordinators
• Ensure compliance with all care standards and regulatory requirements in your sector
• Lead and support your team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in home care, healthcare management, or social services
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Compassion and commitment to serving elderly and vulnerable populations
• Ability to assess clinical and social needs with sound judgment
• Willingness to conduct home visits and manage fieldwork in your service area
• Fluency in French and English preferred
