What This Role Involves

The Azure AI Workforce CSA Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of customer success initiatives in the AI space. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth within the AI ecosystem. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes through Microsoft's AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for customer success in the AI domain
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful adoption of AI technologies
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills in AI

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on AI solutions
• Strong technical background in AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience working in the Auckland, New Zealand region is preferred but not required
