CSA Construction Manager (Data Centers)

Jacobs is hiring a full-time CSA Construction Manager (Data Centers) to join its construction delivery team in Five Points, Wake County, supporting the design, engineering, and build-out of mission-critical data center facilities for major clients.

About the Role

As a Work Package Owner focused on Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scope, you will serve as the on-site authority for your work package throughout the full construction lifecycle — from planning and procurement through turnover. You will work within an integrated project team that delivers award-winning engineering and construction services for advanced facilities that matter.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the CSA work package on an active data center construction project in Wake County, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to spec
• Coordinate daily field activities with general contractors, subcontractors, and self-perform crews executing civil, structural, and architectural scopes
• Review and disposition RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field deviation requests in a timely manner
• Conduct regular site walks to verify quality, safety compliance, and conformance with construction documents
• Track progress against the project schedule and surface risks early, developing mitigation plans in collaboration with the project controls team
• Interface with MEP and commissioning teams to align work package sequencing and turnover milestones
• Maintain accurate field documentation, daily logs, and punch list tracking through project closeout
• Uphold Jacobs' safety culture and enforce site-specific safety plans and OSHA requirements on your package

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field — or equivalent years of professional experience
• Minimum of 7 years in construction management with demonstrated ownership of a defined scope package on large-scale commercial or industrial projects
• Prior experience on hyperscale or enterprise data center construction is strongly preferred
• Solid working knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural building systems and sequences
• Proficiency with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, or equivalent)
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required; additional safety credentials a plus
• Effective communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment
