What You'll Do

• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models for concrete product and operational needs
• Prepare data, engineer features, and build pipelines that support reproducible training and inference
• Deploy models into production services and integrate them with existing applications and infrastructure
• Track performance in live settings, diagnose drift or failure modes, and iterate for accuracy, latency, and cost
• Collaborate with software engineers, data specialists, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and delivery plans
• Prototype new techniques where they add clear value and document experiments, decisions, and operating procedures
• Uphold code quality through testing, reviews, and clear technical communication within the Belgrade team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a closely related engineering role
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on use of common ML and deep learning frameworks and tooling
• Solid grasp of model development, evaluation metrics, experiment design, and versioning practices
• Comfort working with structured and unstructured data, including cleaning, feature work, and pipeline basics
• Experience taking models from notebook or prototype toward production deployment and ongoing support
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teammates in Belgrade
• Education in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience in applied AI
