The Opportunity

The Multi Agency Protection Service (MAPS) is a partnership between key South Australian government agencies, including the SA Housing Trust. MAPS shares information regarding high-risk domestic violence incidents and makes decisions on protective measures for individuals at risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess high-risk domestic violence cases under MAPS guidelines.
• Collaborate with SAPOL and other agencies to ensure comprehensive protection strategies are in place.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, assessments, and decisions made within the framework of MAPS.

Requirements

• AHP2 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stakes situations.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with multiple agencies and stakeholders.
• Experience working within a MAPS environment is highly desirable.
