About the Role
The AFCO Direct Operations Specialist position is essential to maintaining smooth, efficient operations within our Direct Operations division. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure processes run seamlessly, standards are upheld, and our teams have the support they need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operational tasks and workflow management for AFCO Direct Operations
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with banking regulations and company policies
- Coordinate communication and activities across department teams and stakeholders
- Support quality assurance efforts and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Assist with problem-solving and resolution of operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking standards and internal procedures
