The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Long Term Shipping Coordinators to join our team at Confidential Employer in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). This is a full-time, on-site position with flexible hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

• Responsibilities include data entry and coordination with customers for the preparation of shipping documents.
• Handle import and export shipments, shipment clearance, billing, and permit declaration.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management team.

Your Responsibilities

The role involves a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations in our shipping department. You will be responsible for data entry, customer coordination, document preparation, shipment handling, and administrative duties related to import and export processes. Additionally, you may need to assist with other ad hoc tasks as required.
