The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12-week travel assignment in our Long Term Care facility located in Waukon, Iowa. This position will work the night shift (3x12 nights), from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a schedule of 12 hours per day.

Core Duties

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Assess patient needs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor.
• Participate in shift handovers and document patient care accurately.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing compassionate care. The ideal candidate will have:

• A current RN license in the state of Iowa or eligible for licensure.
• Experience working in long-term care facilities, preferably with night shifts.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
• A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
