This position will work the night shift (3x12 nights), from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a schedule of 12 hours per day. Core Duties Provide high-quality care and support to residents in a long-term care setting. Administer medications as prescribed by physicians. Assess patient needs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor. Participate in shift handovers and document patient care accurately. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing compassionate care. The ideal candidate will have: A current RN license in the state of Iowa or eligible for licensure. Experience working in long-term care facilities, preferably with night shifts. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families. A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
