Admissions Assistant

Join Landon School's admissions team as an Admissions Assistant in Westlake, Montgomery County. This full-time position supports our mission to develop boys into thoughtful, respectful young men while helping prospective families discover the Landon community.

Position Summary

Landon School seeks an Admissions Assistant to play a key role in welcoming new families and fostering connections with prospective students. You'll support the admissions office by managing tours, coordinating communications, and ensuring a positive first impression of our school. Working alongside the admissions team, you'll help identify and nurture families who align with our commitment to ethical, intellectual, and personal growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate campus tours for prospective families and students
• Provide administrative support to the admissions office, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing
• Process and organize application materials and maintain accurate records in our admissions database
• Support event planning and logistics for admissions events, open houses, and family receptions
• Answer inquiries from prospective families by phone and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist in tracking student recruitment activities and maintaining follow-up communications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously

• Familiarity with database management or customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred
