Administrative and Logistics Security Specialist Manager (ALSSM) – WPS III (Iraq)

Acuity International is hiring a full-time Administrative and Logistics Security Specialist Manager (ALSSM) to support its Worldwide Protective Services (WPS III) program, a role based in Reston, Fairfax County, with operational responsibilities tied to Iraq.

About the Role

As the Administrative and Logistics Security Specialist Manager, you will coordinate the administrative and logistical backbone that keeps a complex protective services operation running smoothly. This position blends management oversight, security awareness, and supply-chain coordination in support of mission-critical work delivered through Acuity International's WPS III contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and logistics functions that sustain Worldwide Protective Services operations connected to Iraq.
• Manage the flow of personnel-related documentation, scheduling, and reporting in line with program and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate the movement, tracking, and accountability of equipment, supplies, and resources across the supported program.
• Apply security-conscious practices to administrative and logistical processes, helping safeguard people, assets, and information.
• Serve as a point of coordination between field operations and program leadership, ensuring requirements are communicated and met.
• Support compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and standards governing the WPS III effort.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, logistics, or operations management, ideally within a security, defense, or government services environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under demanding conditions.
• Familiarity with protective services, security operations, or similar contract-driven programs is highly valued.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to support operations associated with an overseas mission in Iraq.
