About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager based in New England (Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire), you will own a dedicated territory and drive revenue growth through direct sales to Fortune 500 and mid-market enterprise accounts. Your success depends on building relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding complex infrastructure requirements, and positioning software solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new enterprise prospects throughout your assigned territory
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer technical environments and business challenges
- Develop and present customized proposals for networking, application monitoring, and performance management solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation with decision-makers and technical teams
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets and booking commitments
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and customer records in compliance with company booking and revenue policies
- Partner with sales engineers to address complex technical requirements for large-scale implementations
- Cultivate strategic partnerships that position US HealthCare Careers as a trusted enterprise technology provider
What We're Looking For
- Proven enterprise software sales background, preferably selling infrastructure or monitoring technologies to large organizations
- Demonstrated ability to navigate extended sales cycles and build consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of or genuine interest in learning about networking infrastructure, application performance, or systems monitoring
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Self-directed work style with ability to operate independently across a territorial region
- Flexibility to travel within New England for customer engagement as needed
