As an Instructor for our Radiography Technology Program, you'll deliver hands-on education that prepares the next generation of radiography professionals, building technical expertise and clinical judgment in a dynamic learning environment.

About the Role

This full-time position is dedicated to educating and developing skilled radiography technologists. You'll teach radiographic principles, imaging techniques, and equipment operation through engaging classroom and laboratory instruction, fostering student engagement, critical thinking, and professional competency at every stage of the program.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive classroom and hands-on lab instruction in radiography technology and imaging principles
• Teach students proper equipment operation, positioning techniques, and radiation safety protocols
• Develop and refine curriculum that connects theory to clinical practice
• Assess student performance through practical demonstrations, exams, and skill evaluations
• Mentor students toward program completion and professional certification readiness
• Collaborate with colleagues and clinical partners to maintain program quality and relevance
• Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment that encourages academic and professional growth

What We're Looking For

• Current Radiologic Technology (RT) certification or equivalent credential
• Professional experience in radiography practice or clinical imaging
• Strong teaching ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of radiography equipment, imaging protocols, and radiation safety
• Commitment to student-centered education and measurable learning outcomes
• Ability to adapt instruction for diverse learners and learning styles
