Role Overview

The Shakopee School District is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Custodian to join our team. This position is part-time, full-year, and based on district-wide locations including Shakopee High School, the District Office, and Tokata Learning Center. The role requires working from Monday through Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, for a total of 40 hours per week.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas, including classrooms, offices, and common spaces.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies.
  • Handle waste disposal and recycling appropriately.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events and meetings.
