Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2027 Law Clerk to join our Corporate Advisory team in Wellington. As part of the Russell McVeagh family, you will be working alongside an award-winning group of lawyers committed to excellence and innovation in legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with research and analysis for corporate advisory projects
• Prepare documents, reports, and other materials as required by the team
• Support lawyers in client interactions and meetings
• Contribute to the development of legal strategies and advice

What We're Looking For

• A recent law graduate or someone with a strong academic background in law
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
