About the Role

As a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager at Amazon, you will partner with enterprise Travel & Hospitality customers across the United States to guide their adoption of AWS. Working on-site in Grand Central, Manhattan, you'll act as the connective tissue between customer ambitions and the technical execution that turns cloud investments into measurable business outcomes. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships and steering complex programs from vision to reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end success of strategic enterprise customers as they migrate to and grow on AWS.
• Get close to each account's business goals and operational challenges, then shape tailored cloud strategies that move the needle.
• Coordinate across sales, solutions architecture, product, and support teams to keep adoption programs on track.
• Translate customer priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes that demonstrate value at every stage.
• Champion innovation by connecting Travel & Hospitality clients with the right AWS technologies and support resources.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading customer-facing programs or technical account management, ideally with enterprise clients.
• A consultative, customer-first approach with the ability to dive deep into business and technical needs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud adoption, AWS, or the Travel & Hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site at the Grand Central, Manhattan location.
