About the Role
This full-time Travel CT Tech position with Aya Healthcare places you in a Mount Vernon, WA facility where you'll operate advanced computed tomography equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images. The contract runs 13 weeks beginning 7/13/2026, with a rotating schedule of five 8-hour shifts each week. You'll work alongside radiologists and clinical teams to deliver accurate imaging that supports patient diagnosis and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans and imaging procedures following established clinical protocols
- Position patients correctly and ensure comfort and safety throughout each exam
- Adjust scanner settings and contrast administration to produce optimal diagnostic images
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow radiation safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists to support timely care
Qualifications
- Active certification and licensure as a CT Technologist as required for practice in Washington State
- Hands-on experience operating computed tomography equipment
- Availability to commit to the full 13-week contract on a rotating, five-day, 8-hour schedule
- Strong attention to detail, patient communication skills, and adaptability to a new clinical environment
