About the Role
We are currently seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED) at our location in Ft. Walton Bch, Florida. This is a 13-week assignment with a commitment of 36 hours per week, working 12-hour night shifts.
Core Duties
- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department setting
- Assess and prioritize patient needs based on severity and urgency
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient records
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of practice
What We're Looking For
- RN license in the state of Florida or eligible for licensure
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience, preferably in an emergency department setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
