An established and respected law firm in Stoke-on-Trent is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing Property department. This opportunity is ideal for a conveyancing professional seeking high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative team.

Your Responsibilities

• Handling a caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of all legal documentation.
• Communicating effectively with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Advising on conveyancing matters and providing expert guidance to clients throughout the property purchase or sale process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• A recognized qualification such as a Legal Practice Course (LPC) or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using legal software and IT systems.
